- Start by watching this free training on how to strengthen your immune system, heal your gut, burn fat and prevent chronic disease.
- After you watch the Free Training, you will be able to download a Free copy of the Better Belly Blueprint.
- Next, you’ll schedule your 30-minute complementary consultation over Zoom with Dr. Al to ensure this coaching plan is the right fit for you.
- You’ll fill out an in-depth health questionnaire and a 3-Day food journal.
- Dr. Al will include a look at your dental health because an unhealthy mouth is the “elephant in the room” when it comes to chronic infections and diseases throughout the body.
- This 12-week program begins with a 1.5 hour Zoom Coaching session to review all your data and start the program completely customized for you.
You will always have access to Dr. Al personally by email, and can schedule additional Zoom chats as necessary. In addition, along the way he will send reading and reference materials.
Dr. Al makes the program simple, and approachable. You’ll take it one step at a time, covering the four pillars of health over the 12 weeks of coaching.

Therefore, by making improvements on a cellular level, you will eventually make improvements in your overall health and well-being. It all starts with you making a decision to change your lifestyle in order to change your health.
Of course you can see anyone you choose. My emphasis will probably be different than most. I emphasize getting to the bottom causes rather than just treating the result of these causes over and over again. Nutrient-dense real foods, good gut bacteria, and a healthy lifestyle are the most important basic facts that influence health. These must be addressed and optimized before real success with treatment can occur over the long-term.

I will ask you to fill out a detailed questionnaire and a 3-day food journal so that I can get to know you. In some cases, I may ask for dental records or bloodwork to help understand your unique situation. You and I will have a detailed conversation about your concerns, and I will make recommendations based on our discussion. Making these lifestyle changes takes time, and I will be there throughout the process to help guide and advise you.
I emphasize real food to get the proper fats, carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients into your body. I do not sell any supplements or other products. However, I do discuss the products I personally use and the books I am currently reading and recommend.
No. There are five elements to sustain overall health:
- Nutrient-dense foods along with healthy gut bacteria
- Efficient exercise
- Restorative sleep
- Stress reduction
- Individual cellular health
Good oral hygiene is also important. Coming from 40+ years as a periodontist, I’ve found dental work to be a strong indicator of overall health. Any damage done to the mouth from dental and periodontal breakdown must be repaired to provide normal function. So, we will also focus on your oral health.
Gut and mouth health are critical to maintaining a strong immune system, and preventing chronic disease, especially as we age. If you have existing health concerns or want to make sure you’re doing all you can to maintain a high quality of life, this coaching program is for you.
