Better Belly Blueprint Smoothie

 

This is not your typical fruit and veggie smoothie. This is the smoothie to outdo all smoothies. It is formulated to be nutritious for the BBB way-of-eating. Just look at the ingredients – trace minerals from natural spring water, desiccated organ nutrients, select oligosaccharides as a prebiotic, and a balance of collagen proteins. In addition, three raw egg yolks provide about 14 grams of fat, 8 grams of protein, and 2 grams of carbohydrate. Another interesting benefit of egg yolk is that it has natural egg yolk lecithin, which is an emulsifier that blends and smooths out the other ingredients. A result that is rich and tasty.

 

Ingredients:

  • 16 oz natural spring water (I love Fiji artesian water)
  • 4 caps Enviromedica Bone Marrow (only the powder, throw away the capsules)
  • 5 caps Enviromedica Organ Complex (only the powder, throw away the capsules)
  • 1 scoop MegaPre from Microbiome Labs
  • 2 scoops Unflavored Collagen Peptides from Vital Proteins
  • 3 raw egg yolks
  • 1 tbs raw honey (optional)

 

Preparation:

  1. Add water to a blender
  2. Add all ingredients
  3. Blend until well mixed and frothy
  4. Pour into a mug or thermos
  5. Drink all at once or over several hours

    Is there anything lost with powdered organ compared to eating organ whole?
