Alvin H. Danenberg, DDS • Nutritional Periodontist

Throughout my entire life, I always found that when I asked questions, I was more engaged in the subject. If I was not able to ask questions, then that set me up for misunderstanding and a breakdown in my learning process.
So, I am asking you to ask me any pressing questions you may have. Maybe your questions have not been answered to your satisfaction in the past. My answers will be based on my years of experience, and I will post future blogs that will feature these answers.
For the last 42 years, I have been in private practice treating patients – helping them not only to make their mouths healthier but also to make their bodies healthier. Mouth health is so much more than just brushing and flossing.
Consider this: Our primal ancestors evolved over the course of about 2.5 million years. They didn’t have toothbrushes or dental floss. Yet, they hardly ever had gum disease or tooth decay? How could that be?
My Unique Perspective
What makes me more unique and different from almost any other periodontist out there? It’s my perspective. It’s the way I put the pieces of the puzzle together. It’s the way I integrate the specifics of healthy nutrition and lifestyle along with cutting-edge gum treatment to improve overall health – not only mouth health.
What I do is this:
- I help young and older people who have bad breath, bleeding gums, or loose teeth understand and fix what went wrong.
- I help young and older people who don’t ever want to have bad breath, bleeding gums, or loose teeth understand how to avoid these problems.
- I help young and older people regain their smile and realize that everything that happens to any cell in the body affects every other cell in the body.
Let Me Answer Your Questions
At this point in my career, I want to share the basic knowledge I have gleaned from primal nutrition, primal lifestyle, and my years in dentistry. I have learned the healing power that comes from controlling our environment. It can prevent, reduce, or eliminate chronic disease.
So, I invite you to ask any questions that are on your mind. I will research the answers and write about them in future posts.
You can email your questions to me.
