Thanksgiving and pumpkins – a perfect match when it comes to food. Pumpkin is a healthy Paleo food with a carbohydrate density of 5.2%. It also is an exceptional source for beta-carotene and a good source for fiber and other nutrients.

I have published some great recipes that are perfect for Thanksgiving. I found some traditional recipes and tweaked them to make them Paleo and to fit my taste. Try them, and let me know what you think:

I love my coffee. I spiced this gem up with some pumpkin puree and pumpkin spice to create my pumpkin spice latté.

Here is bread that is really dessert.

Next is totally unique. You will never guess what I hid in this healthy smoothie.

The last is actually two recipes that I published together: a stuffing and a dessert. The stuffing doesn’t have pumpkin, but the dessert is unmistakably pumpkin.

Be thankful for everything life has given you and you have given life. HAPPY THANKSGIVING!
