You won’t find this on the Chinese Restaurant menu. It’s a great meal – eggs, homemade bone broth, and a surprise that substitutes for Chinese noodles.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups Homemade bone broth
- 3 Eggs, beaten
- 4505 Cracklins
- Himalayan salt to taste
Preparation:
- Add 4505 Cracklins into soup bowls
- Place bone broth in saucepan and bring to boil
- Whisk beaten eggs into the boiling bone broth
- Pour soup into soup bowls and enjoy
